The customer service was perfect. My advisor was Morgan. Because I needed a new engine I knew my car could be there from weeks to months. Morgan kept me updated on the status of my car every time she had one to give.

Service advisor, Justin, always makes all service appointments pleasant. This time I came in for an oil change knowing I might be needing new tires. All my options were explained and my questions answered, another great appointment.

I had a good experience with the service provided. The mechanics were sure to address all of my concerns. It did take almost 3 hours for an oil change, but I was able to walk across the street to the mall to shop so that helped to waste some time. All in all I had a good experience.
