Excellent service

I had a pleasant car buying experience. My salesman was great and worked quickly to close the deal for me because my children were impatient and ready to go.

Checked online for cost of the services performed and the prices were all within the price range of the google search. One was even below the price range. So service at this dealer service was quick and reasonably priced.

My experience was God appointed. I had a scheduled visit to get routine work on my car. My husband and I had been considering for a while about trading in both of our vehicles for one vehicle but had not taken any action to do so. While waiting for my car to be serviced l unintentionally changed where I usually sit to sit in the area where i was approached by a Nalley's saleperson. Marquis was professional, personable, patient and respectful. I described to him what I wanted if I were to purchase a new car. He provided the vehicle. That evening of the same day we were driving off of Nalley's lot with in a beautiful brand new 2023 Santa Cruz!
