The staff was courteous and professional. However, the wait time was a bit long for an oil change, tire rotation and inspection. Also, I had to call 2x to get an appointment. The second I left a voice message. Never received a return call.

This was my first visit at Nalley Automotive. I was very pleased with the process starting from the scheduling to my service being completed. My Service Agent, Henry, was knowledgeable and attentive. The suggested services were sent via text and I was able to Approve or Decline with a simple click. My Service Agent also brought a list of suggested services, just in case I didn't see the text message. I was very pleased and will use Nalley Automotive at Stonecrest for all my required maintenance.
