I came to Nalley because I’ve been having an issue with my window trim warping on my passenger side. I initially got this fixed on Nov.25th at Rick Case Hyundai by Feb.19th they were warped again. Rick Case Hyundai wouldn’t fix my car they told me it was something I was doing and that they could fix it for $800. Call Corporate Hyundai they couldn’t help me solve the issue either. They told me to take it to another dealership. Needless to say, I brought it to Nalley Hyundai at Stonecrest and these guys jumped into action. They set me up for an appointment. The body shop and the repair shop coordinated and got me car fixed for me. Thank you Matthew, Chad, Justin, and I forget my other guy’s name ( He is slim with curly hair and from Chicago). These guys were truly amazing. Moving forward, only this dealership will be working on my car.

My service advisor, Brent is great. Keeps me informed on what’s going on with my car. My only issue is the service time. Every time, no matter what I am getting done, I’m waiting for 2.5-3 hours. The wait time is unbearably long.

Justin is amazing! He has for the entire 7 years been an awesome service rep. I get calls from him just to see how I am doing with my vehicle. He always explains in detail my invoice and the recommendations. Keep it up Justin!!!

Justin was super nice and helpful throughout the process. When it was time for me to leave, he saw that I appeared to be annoyed and asked if it was something he or the staff did. I explained that it wasn't them, that I was annoyed from a work call. I appreciated his attention to detail and responsiveness to my concerns (I felt that despite an alignment the previous visit, my car was still pulling). He had them check it and correct the issue for free, since it had been within 90 days of the service.
