I worked with Amish on the purchase of a new Tucson Hybrid and it was such a great experience. He was very friendly and knowledgeable. He took his time to make sure we understood the process. We were comfortable with his approach he had a team behind him that tried to match his energy. Miguel on the finance side was also worth noting as another helpful and friendly employee.

My experience with Natalie Hyundai was wonderful. The associate (Mathew W.) that assisted me with my issue was polite and accommodating. The communication about my vehicle was wonderful associate was also able to answer other questions I had about my vehicle and was available to answer any questions I had while my vehicle was being serviced no matter how many times I called :-). Service was completed swiftly, and the issue has not arise again so far. The facilities were clean, and I was even able to speak with someone about purchasing a new car while I wait for my current vehicle to be serviced. The salesman was not pushy, but was well informed.

When I come for an oil change I always get Joseph. He's the best!! He's ALWAYS explaining everything to me and giving suggestions on what service I may need to get for me car. He's very knowledgeable, supportive and has exceptional customer service. He's oftentimes gone out of his way to assist me when I had questions about services. He's the reason I continue to bring my car there for the past 4 years. He's a very trustworthy gentleman and needs to be acknowledged for that.

The service manager was prompt, polite and made sure I was aware of everything going on with my car.
