Adjusted my appointment to an earlier time. When I arrived took my truck right back. Came out with the same price I was told on the phone. Wanted to make sure I was aware. Told them I really needed to be out by the time they said they would be done Actually done 2 hours earlier then the the time I was told. A+ to everyone in the service department. The chairs were actually comfortable and the TV was on a channel I think everyone could find intrest in. Had Game show network on. Charging station for your phones and complimentary water and snacks were appreciated. Very satisfied with my visit.

Customer service was excellent. The wait was very long. I felt since an appointment was made it should have been considerably less. I was getting an oil change and tire rotation and had to wait 3 hours. Then the inspection showed a couple of things that needed replaced and that was another two hours.
