My service representative was extremely courteous. He provided a time and stated that they will do all they can to try to shorten my wait time. He was very organized when it was time for me to sign my receipt. Overall, I’m giving him 5 stars

Great service and customer service

I first went to Nalley Kia with my vehicle and couldn't get service. For one the phone line drops all calls into the dealership. Thus, preventing you from making an appointment. Then when I went into Nalley Kia in person : the counter representative was more interested in his cell phone than in responding to my vehicle concerns. So, I then went up the street to Nalley Hyundai and was able to get promptly serviced. They would have accommodated me that very day. However, I chose an appointment for the very next day. I was very pleased with the efficiency and professionalism of the Nalley Hyundai staff.

My experience was great! The service person was very helpful and he explained the service that was going to be performed on my vehicle for it's first service.

Justin was pleasant and friendly. My car was serviced in an hour which was an improvement in time from past service visits.
