My husband and I made the 2 hour drive to Nalley Hyundai to purchase a used Elantra Limited - unfortunately it was not to our standards. Had to wait a little bit for a loaner vehicle, but managed to get back to work without having clients wait too long. Car had a mild “mechanic” or oily smell when picked up.

Came in for appointment was checked in quickly. Service agent was very professional, courteous, and informative by letting me know exactly what was going to happen step by step and was very patient while answering the multiple questions I had. My car was diagnosed and information sent quickly. Once I agreed to work it was completed in a timely manner. Coming to pickup and pay was easy also.
