This is hard one. The performance with customer rep was FANTASTIC. Joseph was very friendly and always trying to help the best he could in a situation that was beyond his control. Our vehicle was there for 3 months. At first it was waiting on warranty, but then we off to a good start. Then wrong part was order. And at least on my end once the right part was received it took way too long to complete service. I have always had great service here. And will continue to come back. However, I felt like 3 months was too long to have to wait for service completion.
