I was able to get a same day appointment within an hour of receiving an email from this dealer. From the time of my arrival I was greeted with a smile and service was rendered professionally and timely. I was gone within 1.5hrs.

Everyone was very nice even the other customers was very patient and nice to experience .

The staff was professional as always, very friendly, and answered my questions with good knowledge of the service I came in for.

I also wanted to add a tip. Even though the payload capacity is listed on the internet as being from 1200-1488pds- there is a sticker on the inside front door that lists vehicle capacity as 1050pds. Is this taking into account the upgraded awd and transmission in the car? Because it actually doesn't make since. We are still unable to carry our heavy wheelchair behind this new car if this is the case.
