Good experience

I brought my car in for a recall but it actually required a body shop appointment. Matthew called me soon after I left to let me know what needed to be done. He handled scheduling the appointment for me and the car also needed an update which was completed that day. I appreciate him communicating with me and taking care of business. Keep it up! Marcus was very nice in dealing with the entire sale process and he has been kind enough to deliver the car to my home. There were some follow ups after the purchase and he did that without any hesitation.
