My service advisor has been phenominal. I only have issues when I'm forced to deal with someone other than him. I only provide a rating of 4 stars because there is one issue that for some odd reason cannot be diagnosed, therefore it can't be addressed. But, I'm not faulting anyone for that.

The service overall is excellent. But the wait time for repairs takes sometime even if you have an appointment setup. I do understand that you are extremely busy also.
