My service rep Joseph was excellent. My car has almost 100,000 miles. I wanted to make sure my car was in good condition before the warranty ran. I had a problem with rattling on the right side of my car. I did not tell my rep because I thought the diagnosis would pick up any problems. The kind of check I asked for was not the right kind of test. That was my mistake. My representative again was was great. I don't have $160 to do the correct testing. So I just have to eat the $125 that I paid for for the wrong test. Your service department was great.
