The wait time was around the time estimated. I was extremely happy that it didn’t go over the time frame.

I am from a smaller city and we do things a little different than the bigger city I am a person who like to be call not text when it come down to business I received a text stating something needed attention on my vehicle instead a call I didn't like that but I do understand how they run the business. I had a 740 appointment didn't received a call until 1030ish at first I was staying up there but it was crowded when I arrived so I called my sister to come pick me up. My overall experience was ok I had better. I had to get my oil changed because I traveled out there for the holiday. Let me say this I will get my oil changed in my little city where I am from.

Two hours for an oil change is too long.

The shop is always busy but I never feel like I'm being brushed off. Everyone is always professional too which makes going there a good experience.

The timeliness of my service was on point. I was in and out within 1.5 hours. However, the waiting room was too cold & my car was not vacuumed. My very 1st car was a Chevrolet Z-24 that was serviced by Nalley Chevrolet on Stewart Ave in Atlanta. They are the Gold Standard for service. It's amazing how that one thing has stuck with me since 1989 in addition to the excellent service. The service was excellent at Nalley Hyundai, but I hoping for the vacuum...small things are a plus...
