Wanted for someone to come out to take my car upon seeing no one coming I got out and stood by door so someone could see me

Wait time and price could have been better. I guess I should have brought a coupon. Was like $65 for an oil change. I did like that this time you guys did not ask me to do a bunch of other stuff like last time at the stone mountain hyundai dealership.

Wonderful experience for my first time getting a Hyundai and my associate, Marcus McDonald, was fabulous and knowledgeable. Went in to test drive one car and it wasn’t for me. Talked with Marcus and he had some suggestions. From his list I test drove a different car and it was what I wanted and what I got. Go see Marcus, he didn’t try to force a sale and he listened.

My car had to remain in the shop for weeks due to parts being back ordered . Had this been communicated to me upfront I would have been prepared. Also I felt the service manager could have kept me in the loop better throughout the process. Nevertheless the manager approved a rent a car for me to use and compensated me for the extended weeks my car remained at the dealership. I was satisfied with the performance of my car once I got it back and the managers efforts to make the whole ordeal bearable.
