I was really pleased how we got in and out this time. Shorter time. Around 2-3hrs. Maybe less. Very Brent, our service guy were very professional. Because of him along makes us want to bring our car back to be serviced there. Thank for the excellent experience!

It would have been great if it were possible to use the device provided by insurance companies to calculate miles for pay as you drive insurance, however on Tucson Hybrid this isn’t possible due to regenerating battery.

I gave 4 stars because I don't think you communicated with me very well. I basically got an oil change,tire rotation and multi point inspection. I did not expect to get text messages about additional services needs. I am not sure at what point my car was actually ready.i am accustomed to being notified directly by my service rep. I patiently waited a long time this service that was suppose to take 1.5 hours. ..

The person that helped me when I dropped my car off and picked it up was amazing! Very nice and willing to help with any question I had. Whoever changed my oil did not reset my maintenance alert so I will have to figure out how to do that. But otherwise my experience was good.

As always Brent Gordon is the best Advisor that gives the best recommendations for our vehicles. Anything that doesn't need to be done he's going to inform us and those things that need attention he gonna say you need them.
