Door panel needed replaced, however panel didn’t fit so they ordered a new one. Still all representatives were polite and helpful.

As always Brent Gordon does the absolute best job at getting me in and out with little to no hassle. Even when I visited with the sales team member Marcus McDonald I could feel the earnest sincerity to help me in any way possible. I enjoy this staff, and as long as they’re at this location I’ll be a repeat customer.

The service I received at my most recent visit was excellent from start to finish. I dropped my vehicle off the previous evening after hours and Mr. Blake was in touch with me the following morning. Once the service was completed I was apprised of other needs to my vehicle which was very informative and appreciated. The Service manager spoke to me when I came to pick up my vehicle which was a pleasant touch because I know he comes in contact with numerous other customers but he remembered me from a previous visit. I liked the new additions they have made to the facility which adds to customer convenience. Again my visit was excellent and I will be returning for my future automotive needs.
