The service was completed in a timely manner. They had to order a part and the timeline given was just as they said it would be. However I had to return the car to correct a bulb replacement that was not done correctly.

I never have an issue with Nalley esp Brent but to find out that people had been waiting and some possibly rescheduled…makes me wonder…I always wait for my car and never expect a fast turnaround but to have an appointment and be there ALLLLL DAY…not feeling it
