Work was excellent. My service tech is great. I just hate I have an appointment and my car don’t get pulled back until over an hour past my appointment time. I shouldn’t have to wait until after the ones that came in without appointment get service before me. Especially since I got there early for my appointment. I expected to get pulled back shortly after my appointment not over an hour later and then waited 2 hrs for my service to complete. What’s the sense of an appointment if I can just pull up early and get my service done before the appointment person.

Overall, it was a good visit. However it surprised me to find out Hyundai has a new rule that limits your preventive maintenance to within 1,000 miles of the "warning" the car's computer gives you about "maintenance due". They were going to charge me $110 for the first 8,000 mile service. I told the service dept. that I was 79 years old, and a Vietnam veteran, and they decided to not charge me for the service work. I did have an appointment, but still had to wait about 3 hours for my car to be finished.
