I had a great first time experience. The staff was kind friendly and efficient. The Building was very clean the seats were comfortable and they had plenty of water and coffee to drink while we waited. Great pricing and overall Great service.

Amish was amazing. He made my first car buying experience a breeze! He informed me when the car I wanted was shipped to the store and helped me drive away with a brand new car and even offered to help down the road if I had additional questions. He was an excellent sales man was very educated on everything the car had to offer and informed me on so many great deals I would get with Nalley like free oil changes and getting my car cleaned! It was truly the best car buying experience and I recommend everyone to do business with Nalley and ask for Amish if you can!

Great customer service!

My service representative was the most amazing man in the entire building and I would recommend anyone bring their car to him at any time ever. The technician who worked on my car however I do not feel like he had my best interest in mind when he worked on my vehicle. My car was leaking oil and he never mentioned it I asked about it and he said it was no big deal there was also a tremendous amount of oil on the piece underneath my oil pan which he did not wipe off or make mention of. The service was performed without mention of any problems relating to the oil that was all over the bottom of my car. If I had not asked any questions when I was being asked to pay the bill I would not have found out that I needed an oil plug. This is because the one that was in there was not made for my vehicle.

My experience was great. A young man immediately greeted me, instructed me on next steps, walked me in to the building, offered coffee/tea while I wait. I received a text from him w/instructions should I have my further questions while receiving service. The waiting area was clean, nice & tech user friendly. - Nice experience had.

I was not impressed with the time I sat in my car waiting to be checked in. But everything after that was good. Appreciate the customer service. It was very professional and encouraging.
