I was able to get a service slot for 30 minutes from the time I called. (Online scheduling is still buggy.) 3 hours after dropping it off, it was ready. Yea! P.S., your waiting area is pretty shabby.

The service advisor, Brent was very helpful in helping me to understand the importance of getting the defective parts and troubled issues repaired on my car. He exhibited excellent customer service and genuine concern for me as a customer. I would gladly recommend Nally Hyundai to my friends and family members.
