First time visiting and enjoyed the service. Very informative and wait area/customer lounge was clean. Wished had topped off all fluids though.

I had a flat tire. The tire was replaced with a new one and I got a wheel alignment. The man at the desk was very efficient and polite. He talked to me about the cars I heard about on the news being stolen and he assured me my car was not one of those models. I felt good cause I was asking him to put something on the car so it couldn't be stolen because I park in the driveway. He came to tell me when they began to work on the car, and before I knew it, he came back to tell me it was finished. I paid with my credit card and on my way. He wished me a good day and I did the same. I also saw my salesman, Amish who sold me the car. Amazingly he remembered me and exactly the color and make of my car. I told him he had a good memory. I was very impressed with his memory. Thats what a young mind can do for you. I am almost 76 and my mind is not that sharp. Thank you for a pleasant experience. Justin or Jason the Manager was also very polite and engaging. He helped me a year ago also with a flat tire. That time I ran over a nail someplace and the tire had to be replaced. I would purchase a car in the future from that dealership. Everyone spoke as they passed by the people sitting in the waiting area. People at that dealership have the nicest personalities and seemed to be pleasant and cheerful. It was a rainy day. Gloomy outside, sun shining inside where the people work. Thank you. Constance R.
