The buying experience with Latonya Elia was great. She was easy to communicate with and straight forward with answering questions. Could not have asked for any more than she provided. However, the person doing the car buying paperwork I believe the finance department was very slow to the point I could not believe it took so long. I was a cash buyer and had a know appointment with Latonya to come purchase the car I bought. It took over an hour for a person from finance came to introduce himself much less do my paperwork. I should have been in and out in no time as I can from an hour and a half away. However, I was at the dealership for about two hours. Unsatisfactory for just paying for and picking up my car.

The service providers were excellent. I received a text message immediately after dropping my car off that provided the phone number to contact the technician to stay abreast of the status of maintenance service.
