I had a 10:15 service appointment and although they were running behind they kept me informed during my visit. I definitely appreciated their serive department keeping me informed of the status of my vehicle. Thank you to the service manager, MO for everything.

Super considerate and helped get my car back on the road much sooner than expected.

The Service manager was doing what he can. After being there for 4 hours and the mechanic looked at the wrong thing. He fixed the problem and made it better. So the experience was better because of him

The overall service was very good but while I was waiting for my car to get service, I was email certain things that my car may need done. So instead of coming in the waiting room to talk with me about the issues with my car, they were not done because I didn’t check my email until later that evening. So it would be helpful to check first to see if anyone is waiting for their car being service before you email them. Now I will have to bring my car back for those other issues.

Oil and filter change done but didn't ask me what type of oil I wanted.
