My Sales Consultant at Nalley Hyundai was Marquis Williams. He was very attentive and made sure he answered all my questions. Marquis made sure that if after my purchase I had any concerns I could contact him.

Lou was a great sales rep- walked me through my options, explained everything and did all the paperwork for the sale. Roxann in finance department was awesome - great conversations while we were waiting on all the credit checks and financing bids and approvals to go through. Met the head of service who apologized for my dealer prep persons taking a bit longer than anticipated. Only a minor inconvenience given all the other delays I see in businesses these days. And this businesses never apologize! Classy move. Overall great experience in purchasing a new car.

Service advisor was professional and work was done within the time stated. However, check in time too long over twenty minutes had passed before I was checked in.

Justin had a great attitude and kept me informed of the status of my vehicle, including additional issues (with photos) that needed attention. Greatly appreciated!
