Great experience in the service department. We asked how long it would take, was told 1.5 hours. Instead of me waiting in the area I went for a walk. My husband called and said the car was ready right at the given time.

The wait time is a little long but the great customer service make up for it.

This was my first scheduled maintenance. Everything was fine except when someone updated the maintenance schedule app, they did not reset my dashboard settings and it was very disconcerting to drive with all different settings on my dash. I called and the person was apologetic and helped me restore my settings, but it was not a good experience.

Brent Gorden provides the best customer service, bar none! However, the wait times are unacceptable especially with no courtesy service available during the long waits! I will be getting oil changes at Jiffy Lube from now on. 3 hours for an oil change is unheard of!
