Good experience exactly what I expected.

From start to finish I had a great experience with salesman Roy Owens. He was very knowledgeable about the vehicle I wanted to purchase and made the process easy. Roy even took me to get lunch while my vehicle was being detailed. This is my 2nd purchase from this dealership and so far, I’m a very satisfied customer!

Overall experience was good. The only comment was the waiting time for the service. But they did advise me that my wait time would be longer due to shortness of technicians. I chose to wait in the waiting area. I hope they will get an increase of technicians soon.

I drove out my way to come to this Service Center and I’m glad I did!! Great friendly costumer service from beginning to end!! Definitely will be coming back!

4 hour wait for an oil change, then forgot my oil change sticker in the window. Customer service was nice, they did a good job...the wait.
