Each of the service advisors I came in contact with made me feel valued and heard, especially Justin Johnson. The gentleman who dropped me off at Enterprise Car Rental provided me with excellent customer service.

Everyone was professional, willing to help get the job done, and send you on your way as soon as possible. Henry was very helpful and patiently explained to me, in clear terms, what the problem with my vehicle was and what my options are (without trying to sell me things I don't actually need). You guys are doing a great job. I would gladly recommend your services. Thanks.

I had an appointment for an oil change but it still took almost three hours. It sort of made the appointment null and void.
