Initially after the pre-approval, they said I’m eligible for the Hyundai offer for low apr but when I walked in to get my car they pulled my credit twice and the apr is almost double the apr that my bank is providing.

I can’t give you five stars, because the first half of my visit that day I felt I wasn’t being heard, but after speaking to another person it all came together for me. I was told exactly was going on with my vehicle and why they came to this diagnosis of my vehicle.
