Great customer service and service on my car

I always have a good experience, Brent Gordon is an excellent service advisor. He takes the time to explain what’s going on with my vehicle.

Service department is great but I regret to say that the parts department isn't as good. I pre-paid for a part and when I picked it up it did not fit correctly. I was told that that's was the only part number for my vin number. Then when I wanted to return the part I was told I'd have to wait for a check in the mail. This is my first Hyundai vehicle and so far not a good impression. Still trying to locate the correct part for my vehicle so that I don't have jack and tools unsecured in my vehicle. Our experience with Nally and our sales agent Latonya was wonderful. After an inquiry to determine if a vehicle is available, it was Latonya who initiated communication with us. After learning what we were looking for she maintained regular contact in advising us on availability and pricing as I’m located over 50 miles from the dealership. Even on the day of pick up, everything was in order and we were in and out of the dealership in a very quick timeframe.

Salesperson Ms. Valentine will get 5 stars. The sales manager and the business manager will get 2 thumbs down. Why? There were added costs on the itemized list that we did not discuss, which increased the amount by 4,000. Then the business person tried to sell the same add-ons again which would have added another 3,000. Had we not read the documents before signing, we would have been screwed. That’s really low to do people like that.
