The service was very nice from the time of my arrival at 9.30 am for the recall on my Genesis 2016 check in person very polite and professional explain the status of repair to be done very clear l was notified car recall problem replaced repaired spoke with technician stated car was ready in out in less then ,2 hours. Awesome experience. While some Hyundai dealers seem to think it is OK to add 20-30% “market adjustments”, Nalley did not, and was upfront about all costs through the buying experience. Friendly, knowledgeable, and professional work from everyone I spoke to. I have already and will continue to recommend Nalley Hyundai to my family and friends.
