The people were extremely Professional. I was a little disappointed coming from Texas, that there wasn’t a courtesy car wash or an analysis done on all four tires of there condition. But my overall experience was excellent.

I was a little disappointed the service couldn't be completed the same day. the service rep didn't know they didn't have tool to do repair. I had leave my car for couple days. My service rep notified as soon the repair was done to pick my car up.
