My service rep and my actual repairman (Joey) took care of me and my car every step of the way. I felt like I could trust them and all their recommendations. They went out of their way and their efforts are greatly appreciated!

Almost perfect. Only issue was I could see the car move out of shop after the oil change was completed and then parked out front, but no notification it was ready for another 30 minutes+. Went to service desk, found my work order waiting to be processed but my rep was not there. Late PM, so not lunch time. Another service rep then handled me promptly and politely. Would have been 5 stars otherwise. Work was good, although 2 hours with appointment for oil change is longer than I normally get from other dealer in Bham. Unfortunately, it got more complicated when driving back home got in a traffic jam for an accident I may have avoided if the car was available when ready. Added 30 minutes to my return. Plus 30 minutes for delayed release = 1 hour return home later than needed to be. Also, service rep advised nothing found nothing advised during inspection. However, next day check hybrid system light came on until engine shut off as well as emissions system identifier on dash which remained on for 2 more days before turning off. Had new catalytic converter installed around 3000 miles earlier. Will monitor and take into Hyundai dealer in Tameron Birmingham (where car was bought) and catalytic was installed) to diagnose if the indicator returns.
