My experience @ Nalley for my car maintenance was GREAT!!!! I didn’t have to wait long for my scheduled appointment and was given a call after my service was completed. I’m very pleased.

The only thing that bothered me was the mechanic offering to take my car to his private residence overnight to "test drive" it. I didn't know how far or where he lives, how my car will used after he gets "home" or who is legally liable if there is an incident with my vehicle. I don't think that is good policy.

It's always an enjoyable experience when I have to get my Santa Fe serviced. Justin is pleasant and friendly. I always end up having a pleasant conversation with someone else (or two or three) who's waiting. That helps the time go by a little faster.
