Just moved here to Georgia from New Jersey some months ago and I was at the end of my lease and wanted to finance now instead of leasing again. I went to a Hyundai dealership which I'm not gonna name,but I will say say the VIP MANAGER and Store Manager was very rude and didn't seem they was trying to help me .,. Instead they wanted to put me in jacked up price vehicle with a "That's it" "Thanks for coming out" and walked off. My co worker told me about Nalley Hyundai and when I went there..., Beginning To End Amish and the Store Manager there made me feel like I was THE CUSTOMER and allowed me to tell him wht I was looking for, how much I was able to afford and They FOUGHT FOR ME LIKE A FAMILY MEMBER!! I Was able to get everything I wanted. Everybody There was Awesome. Looking for a car... Go Here. Amish and crew are very informative with all the possibilities and cars.

This was my first visit to Nalley's service department and my experience was definitely a good one. Everyone was very friendly and made me feel welcome. I scheduled an early appointment because I like to get in and out. I was only there about an hour. My only issue was that I had to schedule the appointment pretty far out, so I was a little behind on getting my car serviced. All in all I was very pleased and I understand companies being a short staffed.

Everything was above board except for the wait. Things were backed up, so I waited over an hour for a oil change and inspection.

Your team did an excellent job it took a minute but the car is fine as far as what I can see of course I am not a mechanic it appears to be okay

Staff was wonderful and responsive. Have never had such a lovely and low-pressure car buying experience. I also so appreciated that you didn't jack up the price with a bunch of stuff I didn't need. I will definitely be recommending you to friends!!!!
