Our Service Manager, Joseph, was EXCELLENT from the very beginning of resolving the problem to the delivery of the vehicle back to us! I especially want to extend a boat load of recognition for his INTEGRITY and HONESTY! Prior to bringing the vehicle to Nalls Hyuandai, I literally paid a another mechanic shop, $387.00 when they knew what the issue was and yet perpetrated the deception of taking the car in. Joseph was very candid about the issue and the facts of the resolution. For this, we are eternally Grateful to Hyundai for the level of service that your organization provides for your products! It was Truly a Blessing and it solidified us as Hyundai customers for life.
