The man at the counter that met me at my car and worked with ne was amazing, patient and super kind. He was knowledgeable and communicated very well. A customer was impatient and unkind and he handled it SO WELL. Diffused the whole thing! Superior customer service!! I’m sorry I don’t remember his name; it was a week ago. :-/

It was late in the afternoon and my car wouldn't start. I called for help and was told it was my battery. They boosted it but said the car may not crank after sitting over night. I couldn't take a chance on being without a car so I called Nalley and explained the situation. My tech advised me to bring it in for a replacement. I am so appreciative that Nalley understood and took car of my car. Thank you Nalley.
