The service was great!! The wait time was horrible!! 2+ hours

Service was good, but it took 3 hours for an oil change and filter tires rotated and balanced: I had an appointment. Other than that, it was fine!

Very professional experience

Had a appointment for scheduled maintenance however I also had a concern regarding a broken A/C knob. Well the service team was so gracious to provide insight on additional services needed but didn't relay a solution for the broken knob. You would expect that if you are at the dealership then they ought to be the experts, I shouldn't have to seek guidance from any other machanic service for a simple knob or a/c interface replacement

The guy who I initially had the appointment with was assisting another buyer. But Trevaughn Thomas was excellent.

Briant was very patient with me and explained everything that I needed to get done for my upcoming visit.

Staff are always very helpful, professional, and kind.
