I had a flat tire and the Service Dept. worker named Justin was the most cheerful and polite customer service person I have ever encountered. I was frustrated but with his attitude and bright personality, he calmed me down and made things ok. Going back to the dealership also gave me the opportunity to see Amish, my dynamic salesman who sold me a white car and I went in for either blue or black, and the finance employee named Mr. Reid, my namesake. Everybody made me feel at home and I had quite a pleasant experience with people who care, the remembered me ever though I have no idea how many people they saw since my February visit, but they made me feel special. Very cheerful and Justin deserves special recognition. He was swamped with the holiday and short staffed, he was exceptional. Please recognize each of these people with some notation in their performance review. I appreciate good service. You can't know how much I love that white car. Amish went with me on the test drive and we went to my house to get the Veterans Papers on my husband, the DD214 form to qualify for a discount. He said the car matched my white house. He convinced me. Salesmen have a knack for that. Everybody was super professional. I would buy another car from Nalley again and again. Thank you for allowing me to inform you of this most positive experience. Don't forget the names, Justin in Service Dept., Amish the Salesman and Mr. Reid the Finance man. Thank you everybody.

I HAD AN EMERGENCY, SO I DECIDED TO BRING MY CAR IN ON 7-5-21. I DIDN'T HAVE AN APPOINTMENT SO BRENT AND HIS TEAM KEPT MY CAR TOOK CARE OF MY PROBLEM. AWESOME JOB

I drive 30mins out the way to this location JUST because the level of customer service here is unmatched. Always friendly and I absolutely love the communication technology they use to communicate with you about your vehicle
