Pleasant reception, knowlegeable service, speedy work. Better effort could be made at notification, however. Was waiting for 4 hours without being told of completion of the work.

Joseph Strong is the best service rep ever !! Hunter Long (Car Technician Extraordinare) is also the best !! I appreciate they always make sure my car (which is now considered older) is in top running condition.

From the moment I arrived I was greeted by Marcus and he immediately addressed my needs. My last car buying experience left me with little confidence in salespersons as it concerned the purchase of a vehicle. I loved that he made me feel seen, respected, and not pressured to make a purchase. He spent time educating me on the vehicles of interest and I never felt like he was pushing for a sale. We all want to buy but ironically we don't want to feel "sold to". He was kind, patient, and truly a gentleman in the process. The Brand manager was amazing and so was Miguel the finance Manager. All three of these gentleman were stellar and remained with me from beginning to end and beyond with the upmost professionalism. I felt in the driver's seat of my entire experience. I thank Hyundai and the gentlemen mentioned for curating an incredible buying experience all the way around.
