Took awhile to do the pickup. Rep failed to add an item on to the ticket and thus it did not get done. Glad that you had a military discount. Vehicle appears to be running fine now.

The service was professional and courteous. My only complaint is that it took 10 days to replace an alternator and battery, however I was kept updated on the process.
