I had a very helpful and informative salesperson. The overall experience was stress-free.

I dropped our car off for recall work at 4:45 PM on Monday. I started calling Tuesday afternoon and finally called the receptionist who walked back to check on my car. She was advised the part did not come in. The total time was over 30 minutes and at this point becoming very unhappy since when I made the appointment 10 days ago so the part would be in before the work. We drove up to pick up the car since we needed it the next day. After waiting 15 minutes to be helped the representative was able to verify the part was in and the technician stayed past the end of his shift to replace the part. So it ended up being a better outcome than expected. All the staff are very friendly, ownership needs to hire more service representatives.
