Everything went smoothly but the wait time was a bit lengthy and when my car was returned, the air filter was torn but the manager said he would repair it so I have no worries :)

They took me as a walk-in on an already busy day. They drove me to work. They communicated with me by text and provided me with a list of other recommendations categorized by urgent and things that were showing wear and would need to be done soon. My car was ready for me to pickup on my lunch break.
