Service that day was good; however, waiting a month for the recall parts was a nightmare that’s why I wasn’t taking the survey. Nalley had me come in a month ago only to be told the parts were not in and he claimed to have added my name and stated they would be in less than 7 days and I would be contacted. That never happened. I called and was told my name was not on a list and the replacement parts are still not in. I called yet again, oh the hold up is the distribution center. Called again are the parts in Yes but ur name is not on the list, WHAT! He said I’ll add ur name. I get there almost a month later and Mathew says ur not on the list, I said I spoke to parts and he said I was written in, he said okay and gave me an estimated completion time. This entire ordeal was a nightmare yet I still rated u all 4 stars!

Henry did an outstanding job guiding me through the recall process. Another wonderful gentleman drove to a local restaurant to have lunch while I waited. Overall, a 10 out of 10!

Even though the wait was a little long, they checked my car out thoroughly.However, I was told I needed a new tire and it was ordered and was to arrive the following Tuesday.It has now been over a week and I have reached out twice and no one has gotten back to me. I was told there was a nail in my tire. At this point, I am about to go to a tire dealer and get my own tire.

When you have to be in a waiting area most times over 2 hours, please change the TV channels to something other than fixing up houses or provide more than one space maybe to watch the news.

I came by on 10/11/24 to get recall (steering wheel lock and anti theft device or software upgrade)services for my 2015 Hyundai Accent. My advisor said the parts have to be ordered and I would be contacted once the parts arrive. He said this would be the best option compared to waiting for them at the dealership. I will follow up this week.
