Henry did an outstanding job guiding me through the recall process. Another wonderful gentleman drove to a local restaurant to have lunch while I waited. Overall, a 10 out of 10!

Even though the wait was a little long, they checked my car out thoroughly. However, I was told I needed a new tire and it was ordered and was to arrive the following Tuesday. It has now been over a week and I have reached out twice and no one has gotten back to me. I was told there was a nail in my tire. At this point, I am about to go to a tire dealer and get my own tire.

When you have to be in a waiting area most times over 2 hours, please change the TV channels to something other than fixing up houses or provide more than one space maybe to watch the news.

I came by on 10/11/24 to get recall (steering wheel lock and anti theft device or software upgrade)services for my 2015 Hyundai Accent. My advisor said the parts have to be ordered and I would be contacted once the parts arrive. He said this would be the best option compared to waiting for them at the dealership. I will follow up this week.

Joseph took good care of my vehicle while I waited for it. I appreciate that he recognized that the tech wrote some things from the inspection that didn’t make sense. Told me if I noticed anything else wrong with my vehicle that I should bring it back in to get the other service that was suggested because of the battery issues.
