Brent does a fabulous job, as always. However, management needs to do a much better job of customer wait time. This is the 2nd time its taken nearly 3 hours for an oil change! Jiffy Lube, here I come. Ive left 2 messages for the service manager and I still haven't heard back from him! Not good at all.
