The service representative was professional, friendly and answered all of my questions. I did make an appointment, but felt it might be dangerous to drive without brake lights until my appointment scheduled on March 3rd. I was so happy to be serviced anyway. I expected a long wait without an appointment or be asked to come back another day, but to my surprise the wait was reasonable. I was pleasantly surprised with how good I felt about my experience. Further, I thought it was so efficient to have the service recommendations sent to me via text message while waiting for my car the serviced. Finally, and most importantly, the cost of my service was reasonable.

My main complaint is the wait time.....I’m usually there for at least 2 hours or more....had transmission fluid serviced & previous oil changes.....nothing major.

Nalley did their best to repair my car and to take care of the situation. They covered the rental and made sure I was taken care of.
