Process was easy....I needed my battery replaced under warranty and type was on national back order. Joe reviewed and advised me to check weekly so I know when they have it in stock. Six weeks later, I called and spoke with Joe again. He confirmed availability and immediately asked me to bring the car in that same day but I did not have time. So we agreed on next business day. I eventually dropped off my car and it was taken car of within an hour. Joe called me and thanked me for my patience during the period of wait. This was not Joe's fault but Hyundai. However, he took accountability and it made the difference. Service was great as always and thanks.
