Had an Appointment for 11:45, vehicle did not go into the shop until after 1:30...for an oil change and computer program. The Tech was very thorough with the inspection and oil change, the reprogram of the computer was that. Everyone was nice and courteous. The Facility was a little full for my comfort. There are benches outside but they are not protected. I dried off a bench and sat outside so I could drink my coffee, no way would I take off a mask inside. Nice folks, thorough techs, facility needs to be looked at and the outdoor benches need to be addressed, covers added.

Service was good, attention was good. There’s only one negative comment: I had an appointment at 1045 am and I left the dealer around 3 pm.

Greeted promptly, clean waiting area, service took 2 hours and I left satisfied.
