I'm exceptionally grateful to have my Sante Fe returned to me, also for all of Joseph's help with the process and loaner car. i know through no fault of the dealership in which the length of the process was very long but a month shorter than the first time a different dealership botched the same job and caused damage to my vehicle. I'm so grateful that Nalley was WAY better with the repairs and communication and definitely the customer service. OUTSTANDING JOB NALLEY!!! Joseph in the service department is amazing. He is always prompt when you arrive for your appointment and he goes the extra mile to make sure you understand what you need and don’t need.
