The work is good. The staff is courteous. During this visit I would like to had more communication from anyone regarding my car. My car was brought to you guys on 12/11 and I did hear back from Justin a day or two later telling me I need a motor which they wanted to get done through warranty and could I be without my car for a couple of days or did I need it. I opt for leaving the car so I would not drive it and damage it further. I understand that they were short staffed and I understand they had some staff that was on vacation but being that this is a business transaction I felt like someone could have communicated with me more if not called at least send me an email or text to let me know what’s going on. I had to keep calling and was getting frustrated so I feel like their communication would work.

Always great customer service. I like the text message updates. Prices are a bit too high for larger repairs though. Covid-19 is rough so I have to pick and choose repairs based upon affordability.

Great customer service by salesman Mr. Amish Cline and the Manager Mr. Rosario. I spoke with My insurance carrier Office Clerk Abby. Advised that to wait a couple of days for paperwork to process before driving the car. And if needed Mr. Robert Enfinger Manager at Allstate will follow up with me.
